Outdoor Parasol Sunshade in a Off-white Simplicity Fabric

Sometimes, simple wins. Let the other details shine. This premium, wooden garden parasol has been topped with a luxury woven fabric, in that oh-so-hard to pick, perfect shade of off-white.

Colour matched to Farrow & Ball’s Ammonite, the canopy is a neutral shade to complement both modern architecture and period homes.

The fabric used comes from the world of luxury yacht upholstery, and is ultra-resistant to colour change from UV light and chlorine. It is also mould-resistant, stain-resistant and easy to clean, whilst being soft to touch.

This parasol may be minimalist in style, but is full of the small details that make all the difference.

Care:

Plia Parasols have been made with the highest quality materials, and can stay outside through all weathers. The canopies will shrug off rain, and maintain their vibrant colours for a prolonged time in the sun. 

The parasol frame is designed to withstand both the dry heat of the summer and the wet of winter.

Soap and water should be plenty sufficient for occasional cleaning of the frame or canopy.

To extend the life of your parasol and to reduce maintenance, cover with the supplied waterproof cover when not in use, or store in a garage or shed.

The canopy is easily removable for cleaning, storage or swapping design, should the mood take you.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card will not be charged at this point. We will then contact our supplier to confirm if the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order right away. In case of any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Order Delivery:

Upon order placement, assuming the item is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. You'll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't receive them within 6 working days, contact us at info@scanditure.com for assistance.

Damages:

Thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. We advise against accepting delivery of damaged items. If you discover damage, send clear photos to info@scanditure.com so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return Policy:

Scanditure offers a 7-day return policy for most merchandise. You can exchange your item for a different size or style, or receive a credit note for future purchases.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be in the original condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at info@scanditure.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your package.

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, immediately contact us at info@scanditure.com so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Products: Any items made to your specific order or specifications.

Made-to-Order Items: Items specifically manufactured upon order may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Assembled Furniture: Once assembled, furniture is considered used and may not be eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period:

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply regarding item condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@scanditure.com
