Each Supplier or Artist has their own return policy, below you have each one, Kindly read through.

 

Our Return policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return policy for Rachel Donath

You are welcome to an exchange or a credit note within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us strictly within this timeframe to ensure we can honor this policy.

If your item requires return freight, the costs associated with such freight are your own responsibility. Goods must be packaged well as any damage of good during transit are your own responsibility.

Unfortunately, Rachel Donath does not offer refund due to change of mind.

Faulty items + damages

Rachel Donath pieces are made by hand by local and global artisan communities. As a result of their hand made nature, every piece will be unique. Please welcome any small variations as unique characteristics of your piece, to be cherished and loved.

Prior to shipping your item, we check every single piece to ensure it is not damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods to let us know. We will require a clear description of the damage, images of the damage as well as images of the packaging and a clear image of the shipping label. If the damage is not structural, it is most likely a natural variation of the piece and will not quality for a refund. This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods.

Once the Rachel Donath order has been received, the consumer becomes fully responsible for any actions or outcomes in association with Rachel Donath product(s).

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

 

Return policy for Bert Frank

They offer a 14 day return or exchange policy if you simply change your mind. For any cancellations or exchanges, please contact us on info@scanditure.com within 14 days from the date that you received your order, providing your order reference number and full contact details.
Please do not return any items to us before having spoken with a member of our team as the items may be refused upon delivery.

Any customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, including electrical items which have been installed and / or connected to an electricity source.

Return policy for Stella 1882

Shipment Conditions:

For orders under £1000 GBP, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. For orders exceeding £1000 GBP, we cover the cost of transportation, excluding custom fees.

Once the products leave our facility, the lead time for delivery is 4 workdays.


Return Warranty:

We provide a lifetime warranty for built-in parts and a 2-year warranty for each product and we handle any custom taxes associated with returns.

Defective Parts Replacement:

In case of defective parts, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you, even if the warranty has expired.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period.

Provide the necessary details, including your order number, reason for return, and any relevant information or images of the defect.

Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a return authorization if applicable.

Pack the item securely for return shipping, ensuring it is in its original packaging with all accessories.

Ship the item back to our designated return address, following the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all accessories included.

Any damages resulting from improper handling or misuse may void the warranty.
