Tribu Bench Ottoman in Linen Fabric

Inspired by old tribal sculptures, the Tribu collection is made of a fiber concrete base with a soft cushion on top. Characterized by a surface of architectural concrete lamellas, Tribu emphasizes the fine balance between sharp architectural lines and a somewhat softer curve of the upholstery seat.

The Tribu collection comprises a bench and stool cast in lightweight fiber concrete, creating a unique surface texture and increasing overall mobility. Each piece is hand painted to create a textured unique surface.

Linen:
Use a clean, damp cloth to soak up the liquid. Do not scrub the cloth and grind the stain into the fabric this will damaging the surface of the fabric. For the best results gently dab and lift the stains. For slightly more stubborn stains and, a mild detergent can be used. 

Never use a scourer as this will damage the surface of the linen. Use the soft side of a white colored cloth. Linen furniture is not suited to places in direct sunlight as the fabric can become sun damaged.

Fiber Concrete: Use a soft dry cloth to clean the product.
Do not use household cleaners.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card will not be charged at this point. We will then contact our supplier to confirm if the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If confirmed, we will process the payment and dispatch your order right away. In case of any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Order Delivery:

Upon order placement, assuming the item is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. You'll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't receive them within 6 working days, contact us at info@scanditure.com for assistance.

Damages:

Thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. We advise against accepting delivery of damaged items. If you discover damage, send clear photos to info@scanditure.com so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return Policy:

Scanditure offers a 7-day return policy for most merchandise. You can exchange your item for a different size or style, or receive a credit note for future purchases.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be in the original condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at info@scanditure.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your package.

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, immediately contact us at info@scanditure.com so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Products: Any items made to your specific order or specifications.

Made-to-Order Items: Items specifically manufactured upon order may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Assembled Furniture: Once assembled, furniture is considered used and may not be eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period:

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply regarding item condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
